All Epicured meals are shipped in insulated boxes with non-toxic gel packs to ensure they stay at a safe, refrigerated temperature until they reach your doorstep.
Are your meals suitable for specific dietary needs?
Yes, our entire menu is 100% gluten-free and low FODMAP. We also offer various options for dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan lifestyles.
Do I need to cook the food?
No cooking is required. Our meals are delivered fresh and fully prepared; you simply need to heat them in a microwave or oven for a few minutes before serving.
What is your shipping policy?
We currently ship to most states in the Continental US. Shipping costs and delivery days vary by zip code and are calculated at checkout.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your account dashboard, where you can skip deliveries or cancel at any time before your weekly cutoff.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals are prepared fresh and typically have a refrigerated shelf life of 3 to 5 days. Each meal is labeled with a specific 'Enjoy By' date for your safety.
