Return Process

    Upon receiving your Epicured box, immediately check the contents to ensure all meals are present and that the cooling insulation has maintained an appropriate temperature.

    If you notice damaged packaging, compromised seals, or missing items, please take clear photos of the products and the shipping label for our quality assurance team.
